Morskoy Bereg is a seafront residential complex where the boundary between building and landscape dissolves. The brief was to design the common-area interiors and the surrounding public realm as a single continuous experience — one that residents move through without ever feeling the shift from 'inside' to 'outside.' We worked from the coastline inward, letting the horizon set every material decision.
